Dispatch Planning
Migros Reusable Equipment Management controls and manages the reusable equipment pool, plans reusable equipment allocation and ensures that sufficient quantities and the required quality are always available.
Please note the following provisions:
- Reusable equipment is always planned for the following day.
- All orders and available reusable equipment for the following day must be entered in myMTM by 7:00 a.m.
- If you wish to place an additional order or modify an existing order, please contact MTM Dispatch.
- A processing fee is charged for additional orders.
- Once MTM dispatch planning has been completed, usually around 12:00 noon, all partners who have placed an order for the following day in myMTM will receive an e-mail with the subject line "MTM Dispatch Planning Completed" and the following message:
"Dear Sir or Madam, the MTM dispatch planning for date: xx.xx.xxxx has been completed."
If you receive this e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and, wherever possible, scheduled according to your requirements. As the sender, you can now view your orders in myMTM and arrange the transports for which you are responsible as the recipient.
Detailed information about the allocated quantity and collection location can be found in myMTM as follows:
- Log in to myMTM.
- Select the "Orders" tile and locate your orders.
If no entry appears in the "Orders" tile, your order has not been processed. In this case, please contact MTM Dispatch as early as possible on +41 58 571 31 13.
