myMTM failure
Should our website or the myMTM system be unavailable for an extended period, you may submit your requirements on an emergency basis by e-mail or telephone.
As an MTM partner, you will receive manual delivery notes, which should only be used when the TGIS is unavailable.
The manual delivery notes must be entered retrospectively in myMTM as soon as possible.
