Pallet vouchers
Pallet vouchers are used when a direct exchange (1:1 exchange) of EUR pallets is not possible. Please note that pallet vouchers are only issued to suppliers who have not entered into a partnership with Migros Reusable Equipment Management. For MTM partners, neither 1:1 pallet exchange nor pallet vouchers are permitted.
Please also note the following when issuing or redeeming pallet vouchers:
Issuing pallet vouchers
- Issue pallet vouchers only for exchangeable EUR pallets.
- The white original of the pallet voucher remains with the issuer; the yellow copy is given to the driver.
- Create the pallet voucher electronically in myMTM.
Redeeming pallet vouchers
- Pallet vouchers can be redeemed at all Migros cooperatives.
- Collections of more than 33 pallets must be reported to MTM Dispatch at least two days in advance. Subject to availability, the pallets will be reserved for you.
- Pallets are only released upon presentation of the original yellow voucher.
- Reserved pallets that are not collected on the scheduled collection date will expire.
- Pallet vouchers that are not redeemed within their validity period (6 months) will also expire.
